Update on Phony Ranger at San Joaquin Delta College with video.

Video and photos from Channel 10 News Link

Joseph Matthew Scott Video from channel 10 News stating he is honoring his cousins service (We call BS on all his reasoning behind it)  We don’t believe his excuses and cop-outs all these phonies end up saying the same thing.  Like when Fake Navy Seals that Retired Navy Seal Senior Chief Don Shipley busts that have Tattoos of the Seal Trident oh “Oh we got the tattoo to honor the Seals”   BS you got it to make people believe your a SEAL.  It’s a excuse used all the time.  Also Scott’s Grandpa who also states that “Scott had Trauma when he was 3  and he has PTSD and Mental issues”   Excuse me sir your helping him come up with the excuses for his actions, poor excuses at that.

The State of California also has the “California Stolen Valor Act” under which phony vets and posers may be prosecuted. AB-167 was signed into law on 7 JUL 11. http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/bill-StatusClient.xhtml Supposedly the campus cops or County of San
Joaquin District Attorney consulted with the Federal Deputy U. S. Attorney. Why don’t they arrest under the State laws which were broken.

What LAW has he violated though says he was just honoring his cousins?

They have a link where everyone could go and file a report about that guy breaking the law by wearing the uniform.

H.R.258 – Stolen Valor Act of 2013
113th Congress (2013-2014)

bill/113th-congress/house-bill/258I wonder how many reports we could get citing the law Scott is breaking.18 U.S. Code § 912 – Officer or employee of the United States

San Joaquin Delta College cops get threats

| March 21, 2014 | 42 Comments

Army WTF
The ABC News station in Stockton, CA reports that the campus cops at San Joaquin Delta College are being deluged with threats. Sorry, but I don’t believe it. They were just doing their job as they saw it in regards to their arrest of Kris Vieira, you know, just like we’ve done our jobs as we saw it around the world. In this day and age, apparently, death threats are in the ear of the listener. Or reader. When I post a “Wanted” poster, the fellow being highlighted gets to tell a judge and the police that I said “Dead or Alive” even though I never said or implied that at all. We’ve become a nation of pussies who flinch at every load noise. Or shaking bushes.

In this video, the police say that the District Attorney can’t find anything to prosecute Joseph Matthew Scott, probably because the pages of his copy of the United States Code are stuck together at 10 U.S.C. § 771.

Shame Shame on you San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, Calif. Scott, was wearing the U.S. Army Uniform to try to impress students, probably female students. He is only sorry that he was busted by real Veterans. Nice excuses Scott and Scott’s Grandfather. But your 22 Years old Scott time to stop make believing and join the real world. SHAME On the Campus and the Campus Police for making the Veterans the Criminals! Veteran Friendly, YEAH Right.
