There’s two ways we can do this, 1 directly through Operation Gratitude or through our donate button on the this site each donation from now till the even will go directly to Operation Gratitude in a form of a check on the day of the event. 9am Saturday April 20th, 2013.  A Announced total directly raised through Trek to the Troops website will be announced the morning of the event. we have less then 15 days to contribute, if you want to be more secure and make the donation to Operation Gratitude, but couldn’t guarantee that we can count it towards the total of  what we could contribute together.  At the end of each night since this announcement we will post a total raised on this site and our Facebook page and automatically through our twitter feed.

Email from Operation Gratitude:
Friends, it’s that time of year again, and no matter where you live, you can join in to support the troops during our 2013 Patriotic Drive!

We have been working hard to get ready for our first Assembly Day coming up on Saturday, April 20 — but there is still much to do!

YOU can help! Here are four simple ways to make a difference today:

1. Our most urgent and primary need is for financial donations to pay our shipping and assembly costs of $15 per care package for the 40,000 care packages we will send during this drive.

Please make a donation today — Online or by check mailed to:
